In the fifteenth year of Emperor Caesar Nerva Trajan Augustus Germanicus Dacicus, on the seventh day of the month of Phaophi, in Tebtunis of the Polemon division of the Arsinoite nome. Psenkebkis, son of Pekebkeos, [age: 48, scar on right hand], leased to Kronion, son of Kronion, son of Kronion, [age: 30, scar on right hand], the items listed to Psenkebkis concerning the aforementioned village of Tebtunis, public lands included in one seal, four royal arourae, or as many as there may be in the places high from Libos, neighboring the southern side of Panheles, son of Onnophris, and from the northern side of Eus and from the side towards Libos, a canal, and from the eastern side of Marepsemios, son of Marepkemios. This lease shall be valid until the fifteenth year of Trajan Caesar the lord and for the remaining seven years from the seventeenth year of Trajan Caesar the lord, during which Kronion will measure and clean annually for the specified years, the taxes for the public and for the four arourae, including measurements and distributions and breakdowns and a single tenth of grass and twenty drachmas of bronze and public payments, deducting from himself one hundred sixty drachmas of silver as has been stated, without Kronion being reduced for loans he owes him through others. Kronion, son of Kronion, lease the land as has been stated. Recorded through the office of the village of Tebtunis.
