παρὰ Θεοδώρας τῆς εὐγενεστάτης θυγατρὸς Ἀπολλῶτος ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν πόλεως Ἀνδρέᾳ Γεωργίου ἀπὸ κώμης Ινεξ τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου νομοῦ. ἐδεξάμην καὶ ἐπληρώθην παρὰ σοῦ ὑπὲρ τῶν ἐκφορίων τῶν ὑπὸ σὲ μου ἀρουρῶν σίτου ἀρτάβης ἥμισυ τρίτον μέτρῳ δημοσίῳ, γίνεται σίτου ἀρτάβης 𐅵 γ μόνον. ἐγράφη Ἐπεὶφ ιη ε ἰνδικτίονος.
