ἡ ἁγία τοῦ Θεοῦ ἐκκλησίαἐκκλησία Ἑρμουπόλεως διὰ Σενουθίου προνοητοῦ μερίδος τῶν χρυσικῶν Ἑρμουπόλεως τῶντοῖς κληρονόμων Δανιηλίου ἀπὸ Ἑρμουπόλεως. δέδωκας καὶκαὶ ἐπληρώθη παρὰἀπὸ σοῦ ὑπὲρ ἐκφορίων καρπῶν πέμπτης ἰνδικτίονος χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια πέντε εὐσταθμῷ, γίνεται χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια ε εὐσταθμῷ μόνα.
