ἡ ἁγία τοῦ Θεοῦ ἐκκλησία Ἑρμουπόλεως διὰ ἐμοῦ Κολλούθου προνοητοῦ μερίδος Ἑρμουπολίτου τῷ κυρίῳ Λεοντίῳ. δέδωκας ἐκφορίων καρπῶν δωδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος χρυσοῦ κεράτια εἴκοσι τρία, γίνεται κεράτια κγ Ἀλεξανδρείας. ἐγράφη Ἐπεὶφ κγ ἰνδικτίονος ιβ. Κολλούθου προνοητοῦ στοιχεῖστοιχεῖ τὸ ἐντάγιον. ὁμοίως τοῦ αὐτοῦ Μεσορὴ χρυσοῦ κεράτια τεσσαράκοντατεσσεράκοντα ἕξ, γίνεται κεράτια μϛ Ἀλεξανδρείας. ἐγράφη Μεσορὴ δ ἰνδικτίονος ιβ. Κολλούθου προνοητοῦ στοιχεῖ. ὁμοίως τοῦ αὐτοῦ Μεσορὴ χρυσοῦ κεράτια εἴκοσι τρία, γίνεται κεράτια κγ ἈλεξανδρείαςἈλεξανδρείας. ἐγράφη Μεσορὴ ἰνδικτίονος ιβ.
