Philemon, son of Philemon, to Castor Papontotes, greetings. I acknowledge that I have received from you through the hand [of someone] from the house silver two hundred forty drachmas, which make two hundred forty drachmas, and in return for this interest, I have agreed to sow and harvest and bring in to the private half-share whenever you might choose from the two arouras belonging to me near Kerkesoucha, whose neighbors are to the south Ptolemaios, son of Petheus, to the north Mustharion, son of Aphrodisios, to the west Synkion, son of Harpokration, and to the east royal land. It shall not be allowed for me to redeem nor to enter without the harvest of [...] the eighteenth year, or in which it owes to be for the period of enjoyment until I pay back together with your harvest from the appointed public and announced works of the aroura to you, Castor. Heron, I consent in this crop as indicated from the incoming sixteenth year of Trajan Caesar Lord, seventeenth year of Emperor Caesar Nerva Caesar Trajanus Augustus Germanicus Pious Dacicus.
