ΣαλλουστίῳΣαλουστίῳ Ὀλυμπιοδώρῳ προπολιτευομένῳπροπολειτευομένῳ ἐκδίκῳ πόλεως καὶ νομοῦ αὐτῆς παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἀμμωνίου τοῦ καὶ Εὐσεβίου δημοσίου ἰατροῦ τῶν ἐν τῷ ὡρισμένῳ ἀριθμῷ τῶν δοκίμων τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως καὶ Πινουτίωνος Τυράννου ὑπηρέτου τῆς σῆς τάξεως. ἐπισταλέντες ὑπὸ τῆς σῆς ἐπιμελείαςἐπιμελίας ἐξ ἐπιδόσεως βιβλίων Στεφάνου Ἁρποκρᾶτος ἀπὸ κώμης Πακὴ δηλοῦντος ἔφοδον πεπονθέναι ὑπὸ Ἑρμείου Ὠριγένους Ἀντινοέως κατα μένοντος ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ κώμῃ καὶ τῶν τούτου υἱῶν Ἱέρακος καὶ Σιλβανοῦ καὶ ἀξιοῦντος τὴν περὶ τὰ τραύματα αὐτοῦ διάθεσιν ἐπιθεωρηθῆναι ὑπὸ δημοσίου ἰατροῦ καὶ ἐγγράφως δηλῶσαι, παραγενόμενοι οὖν ὁμοῦ ἐγὼ μὲν ὁ ἰατρὸς προσφωνῶ ἐπιτεθεωρηκέναι ἐπὶ τοῦ προκει μένου Στεφάνου νέου τὴν ἡλικίανἡλικείαν κροταφοι αιCross-references (3)
