ὁμογνησίους ἀδελφοὺς ἐκ πατρὸς Δμουεῖ, μητρὸς Ἀστς, ὁρμωμένους ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης, ἐφʼ ᾧ τε αὐτοὺς ἀδιαλείπτως παραμεῖναι καὶ διάγειν ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ κώμῃ μετὰ τῶν αὐτῶν φιλτάτων καὶ κτωμένων καὶ κτηνῶν καὶ πάσης τῆς αὐτῶν ἀποσκευῆς καὶ μετὰ ἡσυχίαςἡσυχείας καὶ τῆς πρεπούσης καταστάσεως ἀποκρινομένους εἰς ἅπαντα τὰ ὁρῶντα τὸ αὐτῶν πρόσωπον ἤτοι τὴν τοῦ ἐναπογράφου τύχην, καὶ ζητουμένους αὐτοὺς ἢ ἕνα ἐξ αὐτῶν πρὸς ἐμὲ παρὰ τοῦ αὐτοῦ ΣκέλουςΚέλους διὰ τῶν αὐτῷ διαφερόντων ἐν οἱᾳδήποτε ἡμέρᾳ οἱασδηποτοῦν ἕνεκεν προφάσεως, τούτους ἢ τοῦτον παραφέρω καὶ παραδώσω ἐν δημοσίῳ τόπῳ ἐκτὸς παντὸς τόπου προσφυγῆς καὶ λόγου ἔνθα αὐτοὺς καὶ παρείληφα ἐν τῇ φυλακῇ τοῦ αὐτοῦ ΣκέλουςΚέλους· εἰ δὲ μὴ τοῦτο ποιήσω, ὁμολογῶ ὑπεύθυνος εἶναι πᾶσιν τοῖς πρὸς ἕνα ἕκαστον αὐτῶν ἐπιζητουμένοις ἀποκρίνασθαι. κυρία ἡ ἐγγύη ἁπλῆ γραφεῖσα. ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ἐγὼ Ἰερεμίας υἱὸς Παμουθίου στοιχῶ τὴν εἰρημένην ἐγγύην, ὡς πρόκειται.
