To Markos Herennios Philotas, the most powerful strategos, from Agrippinos, a soldier of the second legion Traiana Fortis, centuria [...], son of both Sokrates, against whom I have and Tybi [up to] which they have provided to me upon the grounds, having been insolent and distorted from military care [...], they usurp from our properties from the year of Emperor Antoninus our lord until now, having dared to completely neglect the duties related to me, to my detriment, ruining the completeness of my existence. In order to not deny each of these pursuits upon the governor, and because of this I am hindered from doing the fitting appreciation in the part of Herakleides of the Arsinoites strategos, so that he may compel the annual elders of the village, in which the properties are, to address who held the revenue, and those of the current year and regarding the present disposition to declare so that the truth concerning both may become evident to the governor, whenever he is addressed, and I may be able to plead, having been disregarded due to my absence concerning the military.
