ἀντίγραφον ἔτους Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Νέρουα Τραιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ ΓερμανικοῦΣεβαστοῦ μηνὸς Σεβαστοῦ ἐν Πτολεμαίδι Εὐεργέτιδι τοῦ Ἀρσινοίτου νομοῦ Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος. ὁμο λογεῖ Θεναπῦγχις Ζωσίμου μετὰ κυρίου Ἰουλίου τοῦ Πεθέως ὡς ἐτῶν οὐλὴ κατα Ἡρακλοῦτι Μάρωνος ὡς ἐτῶν λγ ε καὶ Θερμούθι Πτολεμαίου ἐπικαλουμένῃ τα ὡς ἐτῶν κη οὐλὴ μετώπῳ ἐκἐγ δεξιῶν καὶ πήχει δεξίῳ, ἑκα τέρᾳ μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ ἀνδρὸς, τῇ μὲν Ἡρακλοῦ τι Χράτου τοῦ Περπήσιος ὡς ἐτῶν η οὐλὴ μεσοφρύῳμεσοφρύι, τῇ δὲ Θερμούθι Διδύμου τοῦ ὡς ἐτῶν λε οὐλὴ ἀντικνημίῳ δεξιῷ, ἀπέχειν τὴν Θενα πύγχειν παρʼ αὐτῶν παραχρῆμα διὰ τῆς Ἀχιλλέως τραπέζης Ἀγορᾶς ἱματίων ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς τετρακοσίας ὀφειληθείσας αὐτῇ ὑπὸ τῆς Ἡρακλοῦτος καὶ Θερμοῦθις καθʼ ὁμολογίαν παραθήκης τελειωθεῖσαντελειωθείσασ διὰ τοῦ αὐτοῦ γραφείουτῶν αὐτῶν γραφείων τῶι ιβ ἔτει Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου μηνὶ Μεχεὶρ ε, ἣν καὶ ἀναδεδόσθαι ταῖς περὶ τὴν Ἡρακλοῦν εἰς ἀθέ τησιν καὶ ἀκύρωσιν καὶ μὴ ἐπελεύσεσθαιελεσθαι μή τε αὐτὴν Θεναπῦγχιν μηδὲ τοὺς παρʼ αὐτῆς ἐπὶ τὴν Ἡρακλοῦν καὶ Θερμοῦθιν μηδὲ ἐπὶ ὁπο τέραν αὐτῶν μηδʼ ἐπὶ τοὺς παρʼ αὐτῶν μήτε περὶ ὧν ἀπέχει, ὡς πρόκειται, δραχμῶν τετρα κοσίων μηδὲ περὶ ἄλλου μηδενὸς τοῦ καθόλου ἁπλῶς πράγματος μηδʼ ὀφειλήματος μηδὲ παντὸς συναλλάγματος ἐνγράπτου μηδʼ ἀγράφου ἀπὸ τῶν ἔμπροσθεν χρόνων μέχρι τῆς ἐνεστώ σης ἡμέρας τρόπῳ μηδενί. ὑπογραφεῖς τῆς μὲν Θεναπῦγχις καὶ τοῦ κυρίου Ἰουλίου Ζώϊλος Διδύμου ὡς ἐτῶν νε οὐλὴ ῥινὶ μέσῃ, τῶν δʼ ἄλλων Θέωνος ὡς ἐτῶν λα ἄσημος.Translations (1)
Copy from the year of Emperor Caesar Nerva Trajan Augustus Germanicus Augustus, month of Augustus, in Ptolemais Euergetis of the Arsinoite nome, Heracleides division. Thenapynchis, daughter of Zosimus, acknowledges with her guardian, Julius, son of Petheos, being of scarred age according to Heracleidus Maro, being aged thirty-three, and Thermouthis, called Ptolemaia, being aged twenty-eight, with a scar on the forehead from the right and forearm on the right, each with her guardian, Heracleitus, son of Crates, the Perp(h)esios, being aged eight, with a scar in the middle of the forehead, and Thermouthis, daughter of Didymus, being aged thirty-five, with a scar on the right shin, to discharge Thenapynchis forthwith from them through the Achilleus banking house, market of clothes, four hundred drachmas of silver owed to her by Heracleutus and Thermouthis according to the acknowledgment of deposit completed through the same office in the 12th year of Emperor Caesar, lord, in the month of Mecheir 5th, which has been granted to those around Heracleus for nullification and invalidation, and neither Thenapynchis herself nor those from her should bring any more against Heracleus and Thermouthis or either of them nor against those from them, concerning the four hundred drachmas mentioned, nor concerning any other matter or total affair generally at all or debt nor any contract written or unwritten from previous times until the present day in any way. The signatures of Thenapynchis and her guardian Julius by Zoilos, son of Didymus, being aged fifty, with a scar on the middle of the nose, and for the others by Theon, being aged thirty-one, unmarked.
