In the fourth year of Tiberius Caesar Augustus, on the seventeenth of the month Apellaios, the seventeenth of Phaophi, in Dionysias by the copper mines of the Themistes division of the Arsinoite nome. Termouthis, daughter of Sototis, about fifty years old, scar on her right eyebrow, with the consent of her son Polydeukes, son of Euphrosynos, about thirty years old, scar on left cheek, leases to Soterichos, son of Petesouchos, about [age unclear], scar in the middle of his nose, and to his son Petesouchos, about [age unclear], scar on the left forehead, both Persians by descent, for the cultivation of two arouras of land previously belonging to Kelephons, or as many as Thermouthis shall choose, for a period of two years from the current fourth year of Tiberius Caesar for a third share of the produce derived annually from the field, free from public dues and of all kinds. It shall not be allowed for the tenants to give up the lease prematurely, and they shall perform all the annual agricultural works of the field, the earthworks, the irrigations, the drainage, and the weeding and other farming labors at their own expense, [...].
