ἐλήφθη ι ἔτους Ἐπεὶφ κγ. Σαραπίωνι καὶ Θέωνι βιβλιοφύλαξιβυβλιοφύλαξι παρὰ Ταύριος τῆς Ἀπολλωνίου τοῦ Μεγχέους τῶν ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως μετὰ κυρίου Ἡρωείδου τοῦ Κρατείνου. ἀπογράφομαι κατὰ τὰ ὑπὸ τοῦ κυρίου ἡγεμόνος Γαίου Κοκίνα Τούσκου προσ τεταγμένα εἰς τὴν ἐνεστῶσαν ἡμέραν τὴν ὑπάρχουσάν μοι ἐπὶ τοῦ πρὸς Ὀξυρύγχων πόλει Σαραπείου ἐν τῷ πρότερον τῶν Ἱππέων Κάμπωι οἰκίαν ἐν ᾗ αἴθριον ἀκολούθως οἷς ἔχω δικαίοις. ἔμπροσθεν δὲ ἀπεγραψάμην εἰς τὸ αὐτὸ βιβλιοφυλάκιονβυβλιοφυλάκιον.
