Εἰρήνη Ὄρφεως Μακέτα μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ ἑαυτῆς ἀνδρὸς Ἀγαμέμνονος τοῦ Χρυσέρμου Λαλασσέως Λεοντίσκωι καὶ Θύμωι καὶ Τεσενούφει χαίρειν. συγχωρῶσυχωρῶ ὑμῖνὑμεῖν διαγράψαι Νικάνδρωι Συρακοσίωι τὸν φόρον τοῦ ὅλου παραδείσου χαλκοῦκαλκου τάλαντα τεσσαρά κοντα ὀκτὼ ἐν τοῖς κατὰ τὴν μίσθωσιν χρόνοις καὶ οὐθὲν ὑμῖνὑμεῖν ἐνκαλέσαι περὶ τούτων ποιησάντωνποησάντων τὰ κατὰ τὰς συνγραφάς. ἔρρωσθε. ἔτους κγ, Τῦβι κθ. συνχωρῶ κατὰ τὰ προγεγραμμέναπρογεγραμένα.
