Σαραπίωνι στρατηγῷ καὶ Σερήνῳ βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος καὶ κωμογραμματεῖ Περσεῶν παρὰ Ἁρποκρατίωνος Ἡρακλε ἀπὸ τῆς μητροπόλεως. ἀπογράφομαι τὰς ὑπαρχούσας περὶ κώμην Περσεῶν κατοικικὰς ἀρούρας ε 𐅵 η σωματιζομένας εἰς Σουχᾶν Μύσθου οὔσας ἐν ἀβρόχῳ πρὸς τὸ ἐνεστὸς ι ἔτος. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι.
