ταύτην τὴν πρᾶσιν ἑκόντες καὶ πεπεισμένοι ἐθέμεθα ἄνευ βίας καὶ ἀνάγκης καὶ ἀπάτης καὶ πλανης πάσης καὶ φόβου καὶ δόλου τινος ἐν δημοσίῳ ἀρχείῳ καὶ κατὰ νόμους τετελειωμένους μεθʼ ὑπογραφῆς τοῦ ὑπὲρ ἡμῶν ὑπογράφοντος καὶ τῶν ἑξῆς συνηθῶν καὶ ὑποκειμένης πάσης ἡμῶν οὔσης καὶ ἐσομένης ὑποστάσεως εἰς τοῦτο, καὶ ἐφʼ ἅπαντος ἐπερωτηθέντες ὡμολογήσαμεν.
