διὰ τοῦ ἐνθάδε γραφείουδοενθα ἐν κώμῃ ντι τῆς Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος ἥμισυ μέρος καθῆκον πρὸς ἐμὲ καὶκατα ἄλλο τέταρτον μέρος οἰκίας τιμῆςτειμῆς ἀργυρίου δραχμῶν δια κοσίων παρὰ Σουχᾶ τοῦ καὶ Ἀγαθοῦ Δαίμονος Ἡρακλείδου τοῦ Ζωΐλου ἀπὸ ἀμφόδου Φρέμει τοῦ καὶ αὐτοῦ μητρικὸν Τασουχαρίου τῆς Ζωΐ λου μὴ ἀπογεγραμμένον. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι εἰς τὸ τὴν παράθεσιν γενέσθαι ἀκολούθως ᾧ παρεθέμηνακαωπαρ ἀντιγράφῳ τοῦ χρηματισμοῦ· ὁπόταν γὰρ τὴν ἀπογραφὴν αὐτοῦ ποιῶμαι, ἀποδείξω, ὡς ὑπάρχει, καὶ ἔστι κα θαρὸν μηδενὶ κρατούμενον· εἰ δὲ φανείη εἶναι κύριον τὸ προκατεσχημένον ἢ προπαρακείμενον διὰ τοῦ βιβλιοφυλακείουκωλύειν πρὸ τῆς παραθέσεως καὶ μὴτῷ ἔσεσθαι ἐμπόδιον ἐκ τῆσδε τῆς παραθέσεως.
