Αὐρηλίᾳ Ἀμμωνίᾳ τῇ καὶ Δημητρίᾳ διʼ ἐκδίκου τοῦ κατὰ θείου Αὐρηλίου Σερήνου Ἁρποκρατίωνος ἀπὸ ου. παρὰ υ τοῦ καὶ Σατύρου Καλάντου ἀπὸ ἀμφόδου Βειθυνῶν Εἰσίωνος. βούλομαι μισθώ σασθαι παρὰ σοῦ ἀπὸ τῆς ὑπαρχούσης σοι οἰκίας ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ πόλει ἐπ ἀμφόδου βειθυνῶν Εἰσίω νος μέρους συμπόσιον ὑπὲρ ον καὶ τὸν ἄνω τοῦ συμποσίου κοιτῶνα σὺν χρηστηρίοις ἐπὶ χρόνον ἔτη δύο ἀπὸ τοῦ ὄντος μηνὸς Ἁθὺρ ἐνοικίου κατὰ μῆνα ἕκαστον ἀργυρίου δραχμῶν τῆς προσδεηθείσης ἐπισκευῆς ἢ ἀνοικοδομίας οὔσης πρὸς σὲ τὴν κτήτορα, τῆς δὲ ἐπιμελείας καὶ φροντίδος πρὸς ἐμὲ τὸν μισθού μενον, τὸ δὲ ἑσταμένον ἐνοίκιον ἀποδώσω καθʼ ἕκαστον μῆνα ἀκοιλάντως ἔχοντός μου ἐξουσίαν τῆς χρήσεως καὶ τῶν ἄλλων χρηστηρίωνχρητηρίων ε κλεῖδας ἐπιστήσομαι χωρὶς τοῦ ἐνοικίου καὶ μετὰ τὸν χρόνον παραδώσω σοι τὰ μισθούμενα καθαρὰ ἀπὸ πάσης ἀκαθαρσίας σὺν ταῖς ἐφεστώσαιςἐφαιστώσαις θύραις καὶ κλεισίν, ἐὰν φαίνηται μισθῶσαι. I wish to rent from you a portion of the house that you have in the same city in the neighborhood of Bithynians Eision, specifically the dining area and the upper bedroom of the symposium with its fittings for a period of two years starting from the current month of Hathyr, with the monthly rent of silver drachmas. The required repairs or reconstruction are your responsibility, the owner, whereas the maintenance and care are my responsibility, the tenant. I will pay the fixed rent each month without delay, possessing the right to use the premises and other fittings, taking care of the keys apart from the rent, and after the period has ended, I will return to you the rented premises clean of any impurity with the intact doors and locks, if it appears suitable to rent.
