ἔτους τετάρτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Οὐεσπασιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Φαῶφι ι ἐν Ὀξυρύγχων πόλει τῆς Θηβαίδος. ὁμολογεῖ Πανε Πετοσίριος τοῦ Ἀρτεμ μητρὸς νιδος τῆς Διδύ μου, τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Σενεκελεὺ τῆς πρὸς λίβα τοπαρχίας, Πέρσης τῆς ἐπιγονῆς, Θέωνι Ναρκίσσου τοῦ Ναρκίσσου μητρὸς Ταυσοράπιος τῆς Ἀρειώνιος, τῶν ἀπʼ Ὀξυ ρύγχων πόλεως, ἐν ἀγυιᾷ, ἐπάναγκον τὸν ὁμολογοῦντα ἀποδώσιν τῷ Θέω νι τῇ τριακάδι τοῦ Ἐπεὶφ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος τετάρτου ἔτους τὰς ὀφειλομένας ὑπʼ αὐ τοῦ τῷ αὐτῷ Θέωνι κατὰ χειρόγραφον γενόμενον διὰ χειρὸς τῷ μηνὶ Θὼθ Σεβαστῷ τοῦ ἑβδόμου ἔτους θεοῦ Κλαυ δίου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ καὶ δεδημοσιωμέ νονCross-references (3)
