Γάιος Λογγεῖνος οὐετρανὸς λεγιῶνος δωδεκάτης Κεραυνοφόρου Γαίῳ Σεμπρωνίῳ οὐετρανῷ χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἔχειν παρὰ σοῦ κατὰ τοῦτο τὸ χειρόγραφον παραχρῆμα διὰ χειρὸς ἐξ οἴκου ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς χιλίαςχειλίας ἑκατὸν εἴκοσι γίνονται δραχμαὶ Αρκ, τόκου δραχμιαίου ἑκάστης μνᾶς τὸν μῆνα ἕκαστον, ὧν καὶ τὴν ἀπόδοσίν σοι ποιήσω ἐν μηνὶ Χοιὰχ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος β ἔτους Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἀντωνείνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς ἄνευ πάσης ὑπερθέσεως καὶ εὑρη σιλογίας μένοντος τούτου λόγου ὑπὲρ ὧν ἄλ λων αλ ὀφείλω σοι κατὰ χειρόγραφον δραχμῶν τῶν ὀφειλομένων ιων καὶ τόκων ἄνευ πάσης ὑπερ θέσεως καὶ εὑρησιλογίας, γεινομένης σοι τῆς πράξεως ἔκ τε ἐμοῦ καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόν των μοι ἁπάντων. τὸ δὲ χειρόγραφον τοῦτο δισ σὸν γραφὲν κύριον ἔστω ὡς ἐν δημοσίῳ κατα κεχωρισμένον. ἔτους δευτέρου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἀντωνείνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς ΤῦβιTranslations (1)
Gaius Longinus, a veteran of the Twelfth Legion of Thunder, to Gaius Sempronius, a veteran, greetings. I acknowledge that I have received from you under this document immediately, by hand, from the house, a thousand one hundred and twenty silver drachmas, which amounts to drachmas Ark, with interest per drachma for each mina monthly, of which I will also make repayment to you in the month of Choiak of the current second year of Caesar Titus Aelius Antoninus Augustus Pius, without any addition or finding this account remaining valid beyond what I owe you according to a document for the owed drachmas and interest, without any addition or finding, with proceedings made to you both by myself and from all that belongs to me.
