Lucius Longinus Gemellus of Antinoopolis, also known as Capitolinus, to Antonia Amaryllis of Antinoopolis, together with her husband Gaius Lucretius Maximus, formerly procurator of craftsmen, greetings. Since I borrowed from you, according to agreement, on the present day, nine hundred silver drachmas at the interest rate of a drachma per mina per month, having [exchanged?] the existing properties of mine near the grove of the village of Cercesos, which is sacred, four arourae, which contain house plots and foundations, it was not declared through the agreement the rights concerning these as they exist to me, but I have granted for you those properties as security for the principal and interest at stake, so that if I do not repay, you may utilize all legal means regarding these.
