ἔτους τρεισκαιδεκάτουτρισκαιδεκάτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Ἐφὶπ ζ. Τύραννος καὶ οἱ μέτοχοι σι τολόγοι Τεπτύνεως μεμετρήμεθα ἀπὸ τῶν γενημάτων τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἔτους εἰς Φιλουτάριον Παπίωνος διὰ Ἁρφαήσεως γεωργοῦ Τεπτύνεως κατοικικοῦ πυροῦ μέτρῳ δημοσίῳ ξυστῷ ἔπαιτον ἀρ τάβας ἓξ δωδέκατον — τοῦ συμβόλου πυροῦ ἀρτάβας ιβ καὶ τὰ προσμετρούμενα.
