ἔτους τρεισκαιδεκάτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Ἐφὶπ ζ. Τύραννος καὶ οἱ μέτοχοι σιτολόγοι Τεπτύνεως μεμετρήμεθα ἀπὸ τῶν γενημάτων τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἔτους εἰς Ἥρωνα Τρύφωνος διὰ Ἁρφαήσεος γεωργοῦ Τεπτύνεως κατοικικοῦ πυροῦ μέτρῳ δημοσίῳ ξυστῷ ἔπαιτον ἀρ τάβας δύο — τοῦ συμβόλου πυροῦ ἀρτάβας β καὶ τὰ προσμετρούμενα.
