To Agathos Daimon, the strategos of the Arsinoite nome, division of Heracleides, from Erieus, son of Pekysios, from the village of Soknopaiou Nesos. Yesterday, the 7th which was of the current month of Phaophi, my son Pekysios was working on the estate belonging to me, located around the same village of Stotoetis, called Kalabelis, from the village of Herakleia, a violent man, not serving the liturgy, approached him with force, bringing with him his own son and someone called Moron, they assaulted him with many blows, making him bedridden as a result. Therefore, I submit and demand to make this equal in registration to have my statement remain against them, lest anything human befall my son or any harm occur to the previous matters concerning the things stolen by them from Xoidion.
