To Apollophanes also known as Sarapammon, strategos of the Arsinoite district, Heracleides division, from Herieus Tatas of the village of Soknopaios Nesos. After I completed the required works until the sowing of wheat lands located around the same village in the place called Toa in the present year [...] Amunis Kiale and Horos Tathemios and Panefremmis also called Moros and Petronius Patroneos and those with them from the same village came upon the fields sown by me as previously stated and they cut down (or damaged) so that considerable damage ensued for me from this. Therefore, out of necessity, I am submitting this declaration to have it entered into the record and this little book so that my claim against them regarding this matter will stand. Farewell. In the 17th year of Lucius Septimius Severus Pius Pertinax and Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Pius, the Augusti, and Publius Septimius Geta Caesar, the August, Tybi 28.
