An Aurelius Dionysios, den Strategen des Hêrakleidês-Bezirks des Arsinoïtês, von den Aurelii Longinus alias Zosimos, Sohn des Leonidês, und Harpalos, Sohn des Sarapiôn, und Hêrôn, Sohn des Koprês, und Horiôn, Sohn des Marôn, den 4, und den übrigen Sitologen von Karanis. Monatsabrechnung in summarischer Übersicht des Monats Mecheir des gegenwärtigen 25. Jahres vom Ertrag des vergangenen 24. Jahres. Die uns zugemessenen (Mengen) des oben erwähnten Dorfes belaufen sich in diesem Monat auf: 87 1/2 Artaben Weizen, davon von den Staatsbauern von Karanis 68 Artaben Weizen, von den katoikoi 19 1/2 Artaben Weizen, das sind für das Dorf 87 1/2 Artaben Weizen; und zu diesen werden hinzugenommen für Verwaltungsgebühr und anderes 2 3/4 Artaben Weizen, das sind mit Verwaltungsgebühr 90 1/4 Artaben Weizen; und als Übertrag vom vorigen Monat 3731 Artaben Weizen, mit dem Übertrag 3821 1/4 . 10 Im 25. To Aurelius Dionysios, strategos of the Arsinoite nome, Herakleides division, from the Aurelii Longinus alias Zosimos, son of Leonides, and Harpalos, son of Sarapion, and Heron, son of Kopres, and Horion, son of Maron, all 4 and the remaining sitologoi of the village of Karanis. Monthly summary for the month of Mecheir of the present (year) 25 from the produce of the past year 24. There are 87 1/2 artabas of wheat, which were measured to us for the above mentioned village in this month, of which for Karanis for the cultivators of state land (there are) 68 artabas of wheat, for the katoikoi 19 1/2 artabas of wheat, = 87 1/2 artabas of wheat for the village . To these are added for an administrative fee as well as other (fees) 2 3/4 artabas of wheat, = 90 1/4 artabas of wheat including an administrative fee. And from the balance of the account of the previous month 3731 artabas of wheat, with the balance of this account 3821 1/4 artabas of wheat Year 25 of Marcus Aurelius Severus Antoninus Parthicus Maximus B[ritann]ic[us Maximus] Germanicus Maximus Felix Pius Augustus.
