Ἀφινίου Γάλλου Οὐελδουμνιανοῦ Οὐολουσιανοῦ Εὐσεβῶν Εὐτυχῶν Σεβαστῶν τύχην ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαι ρέτως ἐγγυᾶσθαι Αὐρήλιον Πετόσι ριν Ὀννώφριος μητρὸς Τισόιτος ἀπὸ κώμης Σέσφθα κυβερνήτην πλοί ου ἰδίου σκαφοπάκτωνος ἐμφανῆ ὄντα, ὃν καὶ παραστήσω σοι ὁπόταν ἐπιζητηθῇ, ἢ ἐγὼ αὐτὸς ὑφέξομαι τὸν ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ λόγον, ἢ ἔνοχος εἴην τῷ ὅρκῳ. ἔτους β Αὐτοκρατόρων Καισάρων Γαίου Οὐιβίου Τρεβωνιανοῦ Γάλλου καὶ Γαίου Οὐιβίου Ἀφινίου Γάλλου Οὐελδουμνιανοῦ Οὐολουσιανοῦ Εὐσεβῶν Εὐτυχῶν Σεβαστῶν μηνὸς Χοίακ ζ.
