ὑπατείας Φλαουίου Ὁνωρίου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου καὶ Φλαουίου Εὐοδίου· Θὼθ α· Φλαουίῳ Ἡσυχίῳ λογιστῇ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Μουσέως Θέωνος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως συστάτου φυλῆς Δρόμου Γυμνασίου καὶ ἄλλων ἀμφόδων· δίδω μι καὶ εἰσαγγέλλω τῷ ἰδίῳ μου κινδύ νῳ εἰς ναυτικὴν ὑπηρεσίαν δημο σίων πλοίων πλατυπηγίων ἐπʼἐφʼ ἐνι αυτὸν ἕνα τῶν ἀπὸ νευμηνίας Θὼθ ἕως Μεσορὴ ἐπαγομένων πέμπτης καὶ αὐτῆς πέμπτης τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἔτους ξγ λβ τῆς ἐνεστώσης πεντεκαιδεκά της ἰνδικτίονος τὸν ἑξῆς ἐνγεγραμμένον ὄντα ἐπιτή δειονἐπιτήδιον πρὸς τὴν χρείανχρίαν· ἔστι δέ· Αὐρήλιος Ἀντίωχος Δωροθέου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως τῆς αὐτῆς φυλῆς.
