Φλαυίῳ Θαννηρᾷ λογιστῇ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἄμμωνος Ηρωσιως ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶσκαὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλε ως συστάτουσηστάτου φυλῆςφηλῆς ΔρόμουΤρόμου ητητος καὶ ἄλλων ἀμφόδωνἀμφότων. ἀκολού θως τῇ τ του τῆς ἐπαρχικῆς ἐξουσίας τοῦ διασημοτάτουδιασημοτάτω ΖενίουΣενίου δίδωμι εἰς ὑπηρεσίανἡπερεσίαν Λευκαδίου ἀγωνοθέ του τοῦ εὐτυχῶς ἐπιτελουμένου αὐτόθι ἱεροῦ Καπιτωλιακοῦ ἀγῶνος τὸν ἑξῆς ἐγγεγραμμένον ὄντα ἐπιτήδειον πρὸς τὴν χρείαν. ἔστι δέτέ· Αὐρήλιος Χωος Ὡρίωνος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως τῆς αὐτῆς φυλῆςφιλῆς.
