ὑπ στρατηγίας τοῦ εἰσιόντοςἰσιον γ ἔτους Αὐρηλίῳ Ἡρακλείῳ τῷ καὶ Ἑρμίᾳ στρατηγῷ Ὀξυρυγχίτου. Αὐρήλιος Πεκῦσις Ἀπίω νος τοῦ Πεκύσιος μητρὸς Θαμουίδος ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπρο τάτης Ὀξυρυγχειτῶν πόλεως ἀναδοθεὶς ὑπὸ τοῦ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως φυλάρ χου τοῦ εἰσιόντοςἰσιόντος γ ἔτους εἰς ὑπηρεσίαν τῆς στρατηγίαςὑπηρεσίαν τῆς εἰς στρατηγίαςὑπηρεσίαν στρατηγίας ὀμνύωὄμνυμεν τὴν τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Πρόβου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ τύχην ἀντιλήμψεσθαι τῆς δηλουμένης ὑπηρε σίας καὶ ἐκτελέσειν ταύτην ἐνφανὴςἐμφανὴς ὢν ὑγιῶς καὶ πιστῶς καὶ προσκαρτε ρῶν τῇ στρατηγίᾳ ἀδια λείπτως εἰς τὸ ἐν μηδε νὶ μεμφθῆναι ἢ ἔνοχος εἴην τῷ ὅρκῳ. παρέσχον δὲ ἐμαυτοῦ ἐγγυητὴν Αὐρή λιον Σαραπάμμωνα Πολέμωνος μητρὸς Ἡρακλείας ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως παρόντα καὶ εὐ δοκοῦντα. ἔτους β Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Πρόβου Εὐσεβοῦς Εὐτυχοῦς Σεβαστοῦ Ἐπεὶφ κε. Αὐρήλιος Πεκῦσις ὤμοσα τὸν ὅρκον καὶ ἐκτελέσω τὴν χρείαν ὡς πρόκειται. Αὐρήλιος Σαραπάμων ὀμόσας τὸν ὅρκον ἐγγυῶμαι τὸν Πεκῦσιν ὡς πρόκειται.
