ὁμολογοῦσιν ἀλλήλοις Αὐρήλιος Ζωίλος χρη ματίζων μητρὸς Ζοϊλοῦτος Πτολεμαίου ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως καὶ Αὐρήλιος Ἀπολώνιος Δωρᾶτος μητρὸς Ἀπολλωνίας ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως οἰκοδόμος ὁ μὲν Ζωΐλος ἐκδεδόσθαι ἑαυτὸν τῷ Ἀπολλωνίω πρὸς μάθησιν τῆς οἰκοδομικῆς τέχνης ἐπὶ χρόνον ἔτη τρία ἀπὸ νεομηνίας τοῦ ὄντος μηνὸς Χοιὰκ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἔτους ἐφʼ ὃν χρόνον ὁ Ζωΐλος παρέξει ἑαυτὸν παραμένοντα τῷ ἐπιστά τῃ Ἀπολλωνίῳ ἀπόκοιτον καὶ ἀφήμερον οὐκ ὄντα τῆς τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἐπιστάτου οἰκίας διακούοντα καὶ ἐκτελοῦντα πάντα τὰ ἐπιτραπησόμενα αὐτῷ ὑπὸ τοῦ ἐπιστάτου ἀνήκοντα τῇ τέχνῃ, τοῦ αὐτοῦ Ζωΐλου τρεφομένου καὶ ἱματιζομένου ὑπὸ τοῦ ἐπι στάτου ἐπὶ τὸν προκείμενον χρόνον ἔτι δὲ καὶ ἐπιχορηγουμένου ὑπὸ τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἐπιστά του ὑπὲρ μισθοῦ κατὰ μῆνα . εξ τοῦ Ζωΐλου ἀποδιδόντος τὰ ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ δημόσια. ἐπὰν δὲ ὃ μὴ εἴη συμβῇ τὸν αὐ τὸν χρόνον ἀσθενῆσαι, ἔσται παρὰ τῷ αὐ τῷ ἐπιστάτῃ ἐπιμελούμενος ὑπʼ αὐτοῦ καὶ ὧν ἐὰν ἀσθενῶν ἀργήσῃ ἡμερῶν τούτων τὰς ἴσας παραμενεῖ τῷ ἐπιστάτῃ μετὰ τὸν χρόνον χωρὶς μισθοῦ διὰ τὸ ακα ταργηθει αὐτὸν λαμβάνειν τὸν προκείμε νον μισθόν. πληρώσαντι δὲ τῷ ΖωΐλῳΖωιλου πα ρὰ τῷ ἐπιστάτῃ τὸν τριετῆ χρόνον ἀπερ χομένῳ δώσει ὁ Ἀπολλώνιος ἱμάτια ἄξια δραχμῶν ἑξήκοντα ἀνθʼ ὧν περὶ αὐτὸν εἰσήνενκε τῶν ἴσων δραχμῶν ἑξήκον τα καὶ ἐργαλεῖαἀργαλεῖα τῆς οἰκοδομικῆς χωρὶς τιμῆςτειμῆς παροῦσα δὲ ἡ τοῦ Ζωΐλου μήτηρ Αὐρήλια Ζοϊλοῦς Πτολεμαίου μητρὸς ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως εὐδοκεῖ ὁ δὲ Ἀπολλώνιος
