Οὐαλερίῳ Οὐικτωρινιανῷ τῷ διασημοτάτῳ ἡγεμόνι ατεος ἐξάκτωρ Λυκοπολίτου χαίρειν. ἐπιστολὴν γραφεῖσαν ὑπὸ τῆς σῆς ἀνδρείας, ἡγεμὼν κύριε, λογιστῇ καὶ ἐξάκτορι καὶ προέδρῳ Λυκοπολίτου περὶ τοῦ παρα φυλάξαι μηδὲν ἄτοπον μηδὲ ὑπεναν τίον τῆς δημοσίας ἐπιστήμης νς γενέσθαι ἐπὶ τῷ γάμῳ Ἀπολλωνίας ος Φιλαδέλφου ἐκομισάμην διὰ Ἑρμαίσκου βενεφικιαρίου καὶ ἀκόλουθα πράξω τοῖς κεκελευσμένοις καὶ ἵνʼ εἰδῇς ἀναφέρω. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι, ἡγεμὼν κύριε. μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Λικιννίου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ ϛ καὶ Λικιννίου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ β, τοῖς μέλλουσι ὑπάτοις δευτέρᾳ ἀμοιβῇ, Φαρμοῦθι γ.
