Ἄνω Παρεμβολῆς παρὰ Δι Πτολεμαίου τοῦ Π Πετοσίριος ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως. κατὰ τὰ κελευσθέντα περὶ ἐπικρίσεως τῶν προσβαινόντων εἰς τοὺς ἐκ τοῦ γυμνασίου εἴἤ εἰσι τοῦ γένους τούτου ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Ἄνω Παρεμβολῆς ἐτάγη ὁ υἱός μου προσβεβηκὼς εἰς τρεισκαιδεκαετεῖς τῷ ἐνεστῶτι ιβ ἔτει Αντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου, ὅθεν παραγενόμενος πρὸς τὴν τούτου ἐπίκρισιν δηλῶ κατὰ τὴν γενομένην τῷ ε ἔτει θεοῦ Οὐεσπασιανοῦ ὑπὸ Σουτορίου Σωσιβίου στρατηγήσαντος καὶ Νικάνδρου γενομένου βασιλικοῦ γραμματέως τῶν ἐκ τοῦ γυμνασίου .
