ριθ παρὰ Σαραπίωνος Ἁρποκρατίωνος τοῦ Σαραπίωνος μητρὸς Δημητρίας τῆς καὶ Ἀσκλαταρίου Ἡρακλείδου ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως. κατὰ τὰ κελευσθέντα περὶ ἐπικρίσεως τῶν προσβαινόντων εἰς τρεισκαιδεκαετεῖς εἰ ἐξ ἀμ φοτέρων γονέων εἰσὶ τάγματος ἀπὸ γυμνασίου ἐτάγην ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Δεκά της προσβεβηκὼς εἰς τρεισκαιδεκαετεῖς ἔτει ιβ ἔτει θεοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ. ὅθεν παραγενόμε νος πρὸς τὴν ἐμαυτοῦ ἐπίκρισιν δηλῶ τὸν πάππον μου Σαραπίωνα Ἁρποκρατίωνος ἐπικεκρίσθαι τῇ γε νομένῃ τῷ ε ἔτει θεοῦ Οὐεσπασιανοῦ ὑπὸ Σουτωρίου Σωσιβίου στρατηγήσαντος καὶ Νικάνδρου γενομένου βασιλικοῦCross-references (3)
