τῷ εὐλαβεστάτῳ καὶ θεοσεβεστάτῳ Φιλοξένῳ πρεσβυτέρῳ πρεσβύ τεροι καὶ διάκονοι καὶ λοιποὶλοιποις τῆς κώμης Ἀκούτου ἐν κυρίῳ θεῷ χαίρειν. ἐν πρώτοις μὲν προσαγορεύομεν τὴντη σὴνση χρηστότηταχρηστοτητι ὅπως ὑγιαίνοντος σου καὶ εὐθυμοῦντος ἀπολάβῃςἀπολάβεͅς τὰ παρʼ ἡμῶν γράμματα. νῦν δέ, καθὼς πεποίηκες τὴν ἀγάπην διὰ τοῦ υἱοῦ σου ΠοιμένοςΠοιμην περὶ τοῦ ὁλοκοτ τίνου τοῦ Ἰωάννου, ἰδοὺ οὖν, καθὼς συνεφωνήσαμενεσυνεφωνήσαμεν τὸν τόκον μετὰ Ἰωάννου, τοῦτʼ ἔστιν οἴνου διπλᾶ ιβ, νῦν δὲ ἀπεστείλαμενἀπεστίλαμεν τὸν τόκον μετὰ τοῦ αὐτοῦ υἱοῦ ἡμῶν ΠοιμένοςΠοιμην. ἀξιοῦμενἀξιουμεθα οὖν καὶ παρακαλοῦμενπαρακαλουμεθα τὴντη σὴνση ἁγιότηταἁγιοτητι, θεοσεβέστατε ἄδελφε, ἵνα τῷ θεοσεβεστάτῳ καὶ εὐλαβεστάτῳ
