Διογένει καὶ Ἀπολλοφάνει γραμματεῦσι Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως παρὰ Νικίου τοῦ Θέωνος τῶν ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως. ὁ σημαινόμενός μου πατὴρ Θέων Νικίωνοςμικιωμος ἀπογρα φόμενος ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Τεμ γενούθεως ἐτελεύτησεν τῷ διεληλυθότι ἔτει· διὸ ἀξιῶἀξιῶι ἀναγράψεσθαι τοῦτον ἐν τοῖς τετε λευτηκόσι ὡς ἐπὶ τῶν ὁμοίων καὶ ὀμνύω Αὐτοκράτορα Καίσαρα Οὐεσπασιανὸν Σεβαστὸν ἀληθῆ εἶναι τὰ προγε γραμμένα.
