παρὰ Ἀμόιτος τοῦ καὶ Διο νυσίου Διογένους μητρὸς Ἰσαροῦτος ἀπʼ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως. ὁ δοῦλός μου Εὐτύχης ὁ καὶ Ψιαθᾶς τέλειος ἀναγραφόμε νος ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Πλατείας ἐτελεύτησεν ἔτι πάλαι· διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι τὸ ὑπό μνημα ἀξιῶν ἀνα γραφῆναι αὐτὸν εἰς τὴν τῶν ὁμοίωνὁμύων τάξιν ὡς κα θήκεικαθήκι καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν τῶν Αὐτοκρατόρων Καισάρων Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου καὶ Λουκίου Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Σεβαστῶν τύχηντχην μὴ ἐψεῦσθαι. ἔτους ιθ Αὐτοκρατόρων Καισάρων Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου καὶ Λουκίου Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Σεβαστῶν Ἀρμενιακῶν Μηδικῶν Παρθικῶν Γερμανικῶν Σαρματικῶν Μεγίστων, Μεχεὶρ δ.
