[To Agathos Daimon, strategos ] of the A[rs]i[no]ite nome, Herakleides division and [to Kanopos] alias [As]klepiades , royal scribe of the same division, and to the village scribe of the village of Karanis and to the laographoi of the same (village) from Tasoucharion, daughter of Heras, son of Petsiris, mother Artemis, with her guardian , her son Leonides, son of Ptollas, the son of Leonides, both from the village of Karanis. I register myself and my family [for] the house-by-house registration of the past 10th year. There belongs (to me) in the village a house and courtyard in the Eastern quarter and in the same quarter another house and courtyard. I am Tasoucharion the above mentioned, 74 years old and (I register) my son Leonides, 56 years old, with a scar on the first finger of his right hand and Longinos alias Zosimos, his son, mother Gaia, daughter of Longinos, 26 years old and his daughter from his deceased wife Ta[pesis, Ga]ia alias Tapesis, whose mother was Tapesis, 6 years old, and [NN] brother of Leonides by the same father and by the same mother, 46 years old and [NN] their sister, mother the same, 57 years old.
