In mittelägyptischer Sprache und mittelhieratischer Schrift ist dieser literarische Papyrus verfasst. "Der beredte Bauer" ist der Protagonist eines Literaturwerks aus dem Mittleren Reich, über dessen Schicksal der antike Autor sein zentrales Anliegen vermittelt: die Suche nach einer gerechten Ordnung des menschlichen Zusammenlebens.
