Παρὰ τῶν κληρονόμων Φοιβάμμωνος ἀπὸ Ἑρμοῦ πόλεως διʼ ἐμοῦ λαμπροταΛάμπρου τοῦ Ἰωάννου Ἀπολλῶτι διακόνῳ ἀπὸ τῆς Ἑρμουπολιτῶν. πεπλήρωμαι παρὰ σοῦ ὑπὲρ τρίτου μέρους τῶν δέκα τριῶν ἀρουρῶν καρπῶν τῆς παρούσης τρίτης ἰνδικτιῶνος καὶ οὐδένα λόγον ἔχω πρὸς σὲ περὶ τοῦ αὐτοῦ τρίτου μέρους τῶν αὐτῶν δέκα τριῶν ἀρουρῶν τῆς αὐτῆς ἰνδικτιῶνος καὶ πρὸς σὴν ἀσφάλειαν ταύτην σοὶ πεποίημαι τὴν ἀποχήν. ἐγράφη Παῦνι β γ ἰνδικτιῶνος. κληρονόμ Φοιβάμμωνος διʼ ἐμοῦ λαμπροταΛάμπρου τοῦ Ἰωάννου στοιχεῖστοιχῖ μοι ἡ ἀποχὴ ὡς πρόκειται.
