An Stephanos, den Strategen , und Zôïlos, den Königlichen Schreiber des Hêrakleidês-Bezirks des Arsinoïtês, von Satabûs, Sohn des Satabûs, des Sohnes des Harpagathos, aus dem Dorf Soknopaiû Nêsos. Von den 4 Kamelen und 1 Fohlen, jetzt gerechnet unter die Ausgewachsenen – also ingesamt 5 Kamelen, die ich im vergangenen 2. Jahr im Dorf gemeldet habe, habe ich im vergangenen Monat Tybi 1 Kamel verkauft an [N.N.]. Die übrigen 4 Kamele melde ich für das gegenwärtige [3.] Jahr des Antoninus und des Verus, der Herren Augusti. Von diesen wurde eines auf Geheiß des Präfekten Annius Syriacus, vir clarissimus , gegen Bezahlung für eine Dienstleistung beim Transport der Säule aus Porphyr entsandt. (2. Hand) Gemeldet wurden dem Strategen 4 Kamele am 5. Mecheir. (3. Hand) Gemeldet wurden dem Königlichen Schreiber 4 Kamele am 5. Mecheir. (4. To Stephanos, strategos , and Zo[i]los, royal scribe of the Arsinoite nome, Herakleides division, from Satabous, son of Satabous, the son of Harpagathes, from the village of Soknopaiou Nesos. Of the 4 camels and 1 foal, now reckoned amongst the fully grown ones, – from 5 camels in total, which I registered in the past year in the village, I have sold in the past year in the month of Tybi to [NN] 1 camel, and the remaing 4 camels I register for the present [3rd] year of Antoninus and Verus, the lords Augusti. From these one camel was sent on hire for the service of transporting a porphyry column on the orders of the prefect , Annius Syriacus, vir clarissimus .
