ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Οὐάλεντος τὸ ε καὶ Οὐαλεντινιανοῦ νέου τῶν αἰωνίων Αὐγούστων Ἁθὺρ ἐν Ἡρακλέους πόλει Αὐρήλιος υσης Κασταλίου μητρὸς Σαραπιάδος οἰ κῶν ἐν Ἡρακλέους πόλει λανάριος Αὐρηλίῳ Ἀπολλωνίου ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως χειροτέ χνῳ χαίρειν. ἐπειδὴ πρὸ τούτου παρεθέμην σοι χρυσίου νομισμάτια δόκιμα ἁπλᾶ δύο γίνεται νομισμάτια β, ταῦτα δὲ παρέσχες τῷ Ἀπολλωνίῳ κατʼ ἐμὴν ἐντολὴν, ὧν καὶ γραμμάτιον παρʼ αὐτοῦ ἐδεξάμην, κατὰ τοῦτο ὁμολογῶ ἐντεῦθεν μηδένα λόγον ἔχειν πρὸς σὲ μηδὲ ἐπελθεῖν σοι μηδὲ ἐγκαλεῖν προφάσει τούτων καὶ ἔσεσθαί σοι ταύτην τὴν ἀποχὴν πρὸς ἀσφάλειαν. ἀποχὴ εἰς λόγον Κασταλίου Λαναρίου
