Ἀσκληπιάδηι βασιλικῶι γραμματεῖγραμματῖ παρὰ Τεφορσάιτος τῆς Πετσίρεως τοῦ ρεως. Μαρσῶκις Μαρρείους λαογραφούμενος ἐπὶ Θεαδελφείας τῆς Θεμίστου μερίδος ἐτελεύτησε τῆι ιζ τοῦ Τῦβι τοῦ ἑνὸς καὶ μ ἔτους Καίσαρος. Διὸ ἀξιῶ ταγῆναι τὸ τούτου ὄνομα ἐν τῆι τῶν τετελευτηκό τῶν γραφῇ ὑπὲρ τοῦ ἀπαρενόχλητόν με γενέσθαι. εὐτύχει. ἔτους μα Καίσαρος Τῦβι κατακεχώρισται περὶ τελευτῆς ἔτους μα Καίσαρος Τῦβι
