λδ Σαραπίωνι βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος παρὰ Ἀπύγχεως τοῦ Ἀπύγχεως μητρὸς Θαήσεως τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Φιλοπάτορος τῆς καὶ Θεο γένους. ὁ συνγενής μου Παποντῶς Ὀρσενούφεως τοῦ Παποντῶτος μητρὸς Ταρμούθεως λαογραφού μενος ἐπὶ τῆς προκειμέ νης κώμης ἐτελεύτησε τῷ Ἐπὶφ μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεσ τῶτος ε ἔτους Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου. διὸ ἀξιῶἀξιῶι ταγῆναι αὐτὸν ἐν τῇ τῶν τετελευτη κότων τάξει καὶ ὀμνύω τὴν Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς τύχην ἀληθῆ εἶναι τὰ προγεγραμμένα. Hand) An [Sarap]ion, den Königlichen [Schreiber] [des Hêr]akleidês-Bezirks [des Arsinoïtês], [von A]pynchis, [Sohn des N.N.], des Sohnes des Ap[y]nchis, und der Mutter Thaêsis, aus dem Dorf Philopator alias The[o]genês. Mein Verwandter Papontôs, Sohn des Orsenûphis, des Sohnes des Papontôs, und der Mutter Tarmûthis, kopfsteuerpflichtig im selben Dorf, ist gestorben im Monat Epeiph des gegenwärtigen 5. Jahres des Antoninus Caesar, des Herren. Hiermit bitte ich darum, ihn in das Verzeichnis der Verstorbenen aufzunehmen und schwöre beim Glück des Imperator Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrianus Anto[ninus] Augustus Pius, daß das oben Geschriebene wahr ist. (m. 3) 34 (m. 1) To [Sarap]ion, royal [scribe] [of the Arsinoite nome, Her]akleides division, [from A]pynchis, [son of NN], the son of Ap[y]nchis, mother Thaesis, of those of the village of Philopator alias Theognenes. My relative Papontos, son of Orsenouphis, the son of Papontos, mother Tarmouthis, subject to poll-tax in the above mentioned village, died in the month of Epeiph of the present year 5 of Antoninus Caesar, the lord. Therefore I request that he be included in the list of those, who have died and I swear by the fortune of Imperator Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrianus Anto[ninus] Augustus Pius that what is written above is true. (m. 2) Apynchis, 32 years old, with a scar on his right knee and however else he may be described, saying that he does not know letters, through the nomographos .
