Ἀπολλωνίωι βασιλικῶι γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοίτου Θεμίστου παρὰ Θερμίου τῆς Σατα βοῦτος τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Σεντρεπασεὶ τῆς αὐτῆς μερίδος μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ συν γενοῦς Πνεφερῶτος τοῦ Ἀρείου. ὁ προγεγραμμένος μου πατὴρ Σαταβοῦς Πανίβιος μητρὸς Ταρμούθιος ὑπερετὴς ἀναγραφόμενος ἐπὶ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης ἐτελεύτη σεν τῶι Θὼθ μηνὶ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος πρώτου καὶ εἰκοστοῦ ἔτους Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου. ἀξιῶἀξιῶι ταγῆναι αὐτοῦ τὸ ὄνο μα ἐν τῇ τῶν τετελευτηκότων τάξει ὡς ἐπὶ τῶν ὁμοίων. Θέρμιον ὡς ἐτῶν μθ οὐλὴ δακτύλῳ πρώτῳ χειρὸς Πνεφερῶς ὡς ἐτῶν με οὐλὴ δακτύλῳ χειρὸς ἀριστερᾶς. ἔτους κα Αὐτοκράτορος ΚαίσαροςΑὐτοκραρος Τραιανοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Φαῶφι κθ. τῶι κωμογραμματεῖ. εἰ ταῖς ἀληθείαις ἐτελεύτησεν ὁ προγεγραμμένος, ἐπιτέλει ὡς καθήκει, ὡς πρὸς σὲ τοῦ λόγου ἐσομένου, ἐάν τι παρὰ τὸ δέον γένηται. ‘Apollonius, basilicogrammateus of the division of Themistes of the Arsinoite nome, from Thermioutis daughter of Satabous of the village of Sentrepasei in the said division, acting with her guardian Pnepheros son of Areius, her relative. My aforesaid father Satabous son of Panibis and Tarmouthis, aged over 60, registered in the said village, died in the month Thoth of the present 31st year of Hadrianus Caesar the lord. I request that his name be placed on the list of deceased persons, as in similar cases. Thermioutis, aged about 49, having a scar on the first finger of her … hand. Pnepheros, aged about 45, having a scar on the finger of his left hand.
