Ὥρῳ κωμογραμματεῖ Τεπτύνεως παρὰ Χαιρήμονος Πανομιέως ἱερέ ως Ἴσιδος καὶ Σεράπιδος ἀπὸ κώ μης Σόβθεως τοῦ Ἡρακλεοπολίτου νομοῦ καὶ ΜάρωνοςΜαρων Πακήβκεως τοῦ Ζωσίμου ἱερέως ἀπολυσίμουἀπολυσιμος τοῦ ἐν κώμῃ Τεπτύνει λογίμουλογείμου ἱεροῦ ἀμφοτέρων ἐπιτρόπων ίωνος Πακήβκεως ὁμοίως ἱερέως τοῦ αὐτοῦ λογίμου ἱεροῦ. ἐτελεύτησεν ιωνι τῷ ἐνεστῶτι μηνὶ Χοιὰκ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος λακη ἔτους Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Ἀντωνείνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου, καὶ ἀξιῶ ταγῆναι αὐ τοῦ τὸ ὄνομα ἐν τῇ τῶν τετε λευτηκότων τάξει ὡς ἐπὶ τῶν ὁμοίων.
