Ἑρμ καὶ ε χαίρειν καὶ διὰ παντὸς ἐρρωμένον διαμένειν ὅλῳ τῷ σώματι εἰςἰς μακροὺς χρόνους, ἐπεὶ ἡ τύ χη σου ἐπέτρεψε ἡμῖν ἵνα σε προσκυνήσωμεν καὶ ἀσπα σώμεθά σε. ὡς καὶ σὺ γὰρ ἡμῶν ἐμνήσθης παρʼ ἕκαστα κατʼ ἐπισ τολήν, οὕτως καὶ ἐγὼκἀγὼ ἐνθάδε τὸ προσκύνημά σου ποιῶ παρὰ τοῖς κυρίοις Διοσκόροις καὶ παρὰ τῷ κυρίῳ Σεράπιδι καὶ εὔχομαί σοι τὴν σωτηρίαν τοῦ παντὸς βίου καὶ τὴν ὑγείανὑγίαν τῶν τέκνων σου καὶ τοῦ παν τὸς οἴκου σου. τὰ δὲ ὅλα ἔρρω σό μοι, ὁ πάτρων μου καὶ τρο φεύς. ἄσπασαι τοὺς σοὺς πάνταςπάντες καὶ πάσας. ἀσπάζονταί σε οἱ ἐνθάδε θεοὶ πάντες καὶ πᾶσαι. ἔρρωσοἐρρωσω.
