In the eighteenth year of the Emperor [Caesar Traianus] Hadrianus Augustus, on the third of the month ..., in Theadelphia of the Themistos [division of the Arsinoite] nome. Petseiris [son of Teos son of ...], from the village of Berenikis Thesmophorou, [aged about fifty-]five, with a scar on the left knee, and [his son Teos (?), whose mother is] Taorseus, of those from the aforesaid [village of Theadelphia], aged about thirty, with a scar on the left forearm, [the two of them Persians of the] Epigone, and [Taorseus(?), the wife] of Petseiris, [... the daughter ...] of Harsytmis, of the classification «Persian», aged about [..., with a scar] on the right knee, (acting) under the guardianship of the same [Petseiris, mutual sureties] for full repayment, acknowledge to Aphrodisios [also called Kastor ...], aged about thirty-one, without distinguishing marks, [that they have received from him], immediately and from hand to hand, out of the house, [the capital sum] of 104 drachmas [of silver. Of this (sum) let] the acknowledging parties [make the repayment to Aphrodisios also called] Kastor back in the month of Kaisareios [in the ...] year of [our lord] Hadrianus Caesar, [without any] delay or subterfuge, [and if they do not make payments] in accordance with the prescribed terms, let them pay [immediately] the money increased by half with interest, [Aphrodisios also called] Kastor having the right of execution of the acknowledging parties [and upon any of them] he may choose, and upon [all] their property, as if in accordance with a legal decision.
