Ἐπιθύμητος νουμέρου ΠορφυρίτουΦορφυρίτου, ἀριθμοῦἀρυθμοῦ Κλαυ διανοῦ Φλαυίῳ Ἰσιδώρῳ Αὐγούστης κλάσ σης Ἀλεξανδρίνης, πληρώματος Παλλά τος χαίριν. ὁμολογῶ ἔχιν σοῦ δραχμὰς πέντε ἃς καὶ ἀποδώσω ἀναβάντος μου τοῦ σίτου ὑπὲρ Θωθ μηνὸς Φαωφι χωρὶς πάσης ἀντιλογίας. ἔτους δ Ἀντωνίνου τοῦ κυρίου, Θωθ ϛ.
