Ἀμμώνιος Οὐεργιλίου νουμέρου Πορφυρείτου Ἁρεώτῃ στρατιώ τῃ κλάσσης Αὐγούστης Ἀλεξανδρείας χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ κεχρῆσθαι παρὰ σοῦ δρα χμὰς τέσσαρες ἃς καὶ ἀποδώσω σοι κατα βάλλων σοι καθʼ ἕκαστον μῆνα δραχμὰς δύο ἐπὶ μῆνας δύο, τὸν Φαωφι καὶ τὸν Ἁθυρ, ἀνυπερθέτως. ἔτους ε Ἀντωνείνου τοῦ κυρίου, Θωθ κα.
