Πικῶς καὶ μέτοχοι ἀχύρου παραλῆμπται μητροπόλεως τοῦ δ Ἀντωνίνου τοῦ κυρίου ὭρῳὯρος Παχνούμιος ΦαμνςΦαμίνιος παρεκόμισας εἰς τὴν ἐν ὨφιήῳὨφιήου παρεμβολὴν γόμον ἀχύρου ἕναἕν , γίνεται γόμος ἀχύρου α ὑπὲρ ἠπείρου μητροπόλεως. ἔτους ε Ἀντωνίνου τοῦ κυρίου Φαρμοῦθι β.
