τὸ εὐαγὲς μοναστήριον Ἄπα Σουροῦτος, διʼ ἐμοῦ Ἀμμωνίου μονάζοντος καὶ ναύτου, Φλαυίῳ Διοσκόρῳ τῷ εὐδοκιμωτάτῳ χαίρειν. ἐδεξάμην παρὰ τῆς σῆς εὐδοκιμότητος ἐξ ἐπιτροπῆς τοῦ προεστῶτος Αὐρηλίου ΚύρουΚύρω Ἀρτεμιδώρου, ἀπὸ τῶν ἐκφορίων τοῦ ὑπὸ σὲ γεωργίου καλουμένου Κερδαλεοῦτος, ἀπὸ γενήματος τῆς παρούσης ἕκτης ἰνδικτίονος, σίτου καθαροῦ ἀρτάβας ἐνενήκονταἐννενήκοντα δύο μέτρῳ φορικῷ τοῦ ἁγίου μοναστηρίου· γίνονται σίτου ἀρτάβαι ϙβ. καὶ ἐξέδωκα τὸ ἐντάγιον ὡς πρόκειται Ἐπεὶφ κα τῆς αὐτῆς ἰνδικτίονος ἕκτης Ἀμμώνιος ε στοιχεῖστειχ.
